How long will my order take?
Your order typically takes 5-12 days to arrive. However, there are exceptions:
– All Over Printed (AOP) and embroidery products require 15-20 working days to be printed.
– Bulk orders (above 10 quantities of the same product) may take longer, depending on the number and nature of products.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link in your inbox once your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to display the correct shipment status. Additionally, you can check shipping details under My account on the shop page.
What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
If you’ve received some products but others are missing, first check the invoice on delivery package for confirmation. If the missing product is listed, email us at 4Drachmamailbox@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If it’s not listed, please wait for another 5-7 days. If the product is not delivered within this duration, email us within 10 days of receiving your other products under the same order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

What if I entered the wrong address for my order?
Contact us immediately at 4Drachmamailbox@gmail.com with your order ID. We’ll attempt to reroute your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Note that orders can ship as early as 1 hour after placement. We’ll notify you of the success or failure of the address change.
Address changes are allowed only up to 24 hours of placing the order.
I see there’s a purchase limit of ten items per product. How can I order more?
If you need more than 10 quantities of a single product, you have two options:
1. You can place multiple orders to get the required number.
2. For much larger quantities, please place a bulk order with us as detailed on the Contact Us page
